As you may have heard, only those businesses listed under the List of Essential Workplaces are able to continue work in response to COVID-19. This list as well as guidelines are constantly being updated, therefore we will constantly be updating this page. As of now, we are still listed as an essential business and some restrictions have been lifted as of May 1st on what we can and cant do for our clients. As of May 4th, we will now be allowed to presume the services we offer as normal (regular tree maintenance, removals, stump grinding, hedge trimming, tree planting etc.); however, we still need to follow social-distancing practices and procedures to keep you and our staff safe.
Our clients and the communities we serve are extremely important to us and we want to help you during these trying times as best we can. We will be operating with some very strict policies in place to keep YOU, our clients, as well as our staff safe during this pandemic. There will be little-to-no direct contact with any of our clients (social distancing of minimum 10ft). All quotes, invoices, and payments will be done electronically. During this time we will ONLY be accepting e-transfers and credit card payments. When requesting a quote, we prefer you provide us with a very detailed description of the work you would like done in addition to marking which trees fall under your description so our staff can provide a quote without person-person contact ; however, if necessary you may meet in person while social-distancing minimum 10ft. While tree work is being done on your property we request that you PLEASE stay in your home and watch from a window or from your deck (depending on work location). This is for YOUR safety as well as our staffs safety. Let’s fight this virus together by following the Ontario Health Officials guidelines! We will get through this together! Stay Home - Stay Safe - Stay Healthy!
